bSol commits to reducing its company-owned and operated greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030, compared with a 2022 base year. This commitment covers the manufacturing operations included within bSol's organizational and operational reporting boundary in Mexico.

To achieve this commitment, bSol will prioritize:

• Annual measurement and monitoring of electricity and fuel consumption.
• Energy-efficiency improvements in injection molding, compression molding and auxiliary equipment.
• Reduction of fossil-fuel consumption associated with process heating.
• Preventive maintenance and optimization of equipment operating schedules.
• Evaluation of lower-carbon and renewable electricity alternatives.
• Integration of energy and carbon-reduction criteria into future equipment and process decisions.

Progress against the 2022 baseline will be reviewed annually by bSol management. Emissions performance and relevant reduction initiatives will be updated as reliable and verifiable information becomes available.
